III. How We Share Your Information

A. With Your Circle Members

When you join or create a safety circle, your name, profile photo, real-time location, and safety status are shared with other circle members. You can control location-sharing settings at any time from within the app.

B. Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us with hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, crash detection, and emergency dispatch services. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only for the purposes we specify.

C. Emergency Services

In the event of an emergency (such as a detected crash or SOS activation), we may share your location and relevant safety information with emergency responders, hospitals, or law enforcement to facilitate assistance.

D. Legal & Safety Reasons

We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of our users, enforce our Terms & Conditions, or respond to an emergency.

• Location Controls: You can enable, disable, or pause location sharing at any time through the app or your device settings.

V. Children & Teen Privacy

Liddsecure takes the privacy of children and teenagers very seriously. Accounts for users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our safety services for managed child accounts.
