B. Information We Collect Automatically

• Location & Movement Data: With your permission, we collect precise GPS location, speed, heading, altitude, and motion activity data to power live location sharing, safe-zone alerts, and emergency features.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, timestamps, session duration, and crash/error logs.
• Sensor Data: Accelerometer, gyroscope, and other motion sensor data used for crash detection and activity recognition.

C. Information from Third Parties

• Third-Party Sign-In: If you sign in with Google, Apple, or another provider, we receive your name, email, and profile picture as authorised by you.
• Partner Integrations: Data from integrated services you choose to connect (e.g., smart home devices, wearable trackers).

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Liddsecure Services, including live location sharing, smart alerts, safe-zone monitoring, and emergency response features.
• Detect and respond to safety events such as crashes, falls, or emergency SOS activations.
• Send you notifications about circle members' arrivals, departures, and safety status.
• Process transactions and manage your subscriptions.
• Personalise your experience and recommend relevant features.
• Communicate with you about product updates, security alerts, and support.
• Conduct research and analytics to improve safety outcomes and develop new features.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

A. With Your Circle Members

When you join or create a safety circle, your name, profile photo, real-time location, and safety status are shared with other circle members. You can control location-sharing settings at any time from within the app.

B. Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us with hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, crash detection, and emergency dispatch services. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only for the purposes we specify.

C. Emergency Services

In the event of an emergency (such as a detected crash or SOS activation), we may share your location and relevant safety information with emergency responders, hospitals, or law enforcement to facilitate assistance.

D. Legal & Safety Reasons

We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of our users, enforce our Terms & Conditions, or respond to an emergency.

E. Business Transfers

If Liddsecure is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

• Location Controls: You can enable, disable, or pause location sharing at any time through the app or your device settings.

• Marketing Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link or adjusting your notification preferences in settings.
• Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Do Not Track: We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and browser Do Not Track requests where applicable.

Liddsecure takes the privacy of children and teenagers very seriously. Accounts for users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our safety services for managed child accounts.

We do not serve targeted advertisements to users under 18, nor do we sell or share personal data of minors with third parties for marketing purposes. Parents and guardians can review, modify, or request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us at contact@liddsecure.com.
